After finding significant success with his song "Biggest Demon" off his 2019 mixtape “Overly Dedicated”, he became one of the key faces of the early 2010 -2020s wave of Alabama hip-hop artists

Born in 1992, Lil Monsta, arrived on the Alabama rap scene in his late teens. With contributions from Clay Rosea “His Father”, Tizdale “Friend & Producer” and others, the tape demonstrated the rapper's versatility, compiling high-octane witty bars, sing-rap street flow, and even a remix of Yo Gotti’s “Fuck Em” called “My Love”.  Later that same year, he returned with the eclectic L.D.L.L “Love Don’t Live Long”, another varied set with contributions from Tizdale & Super Producer Drum Dummie. The 2019 single “Goat Mode”, a collaboration with fellow Alabama rapper Tizdale, rapidly became the Monsta’s biggest hit to date. One of the defining songs of the early-2020s Alabama scene, “Goat Mode” allowed Monsta to demonstrate his vocal dexterity, catalog of flows, and iconic bar for bar flow in which he doesn’t write anything at all. In early 2019, he issued the mixtape “Alexa play songs by Lil Monsta”, a 10-song set with a greater focus on aggressive, flow-driven material. After closing out the year with a series of singles, the rapper returned in force in early 2020, dropping the mixtape “Less Human More Being” in January. While the project continued the aggro-centric “Lil Wayne” approach of “Overly Dedicated” its eccentric streak manifested itself on the precipice of a Hip Hop trap anthem muddied by the “bobbymixedit”  engineering genius of an AES Studios mix on “God Fault" and the Brandy sampling "I wanna be down”. Also in 2020, rapper VisiionWit3Eyes son of Rap Legend Bleu Davinci, laced a rock track titled “Tired”, that featured Monsta which he murdered using a parabolic rock cadence. At the top of 2021 he dropped “Love Now” featuring Marcus “The Pen” & “I’m On Fire” which boasts Juice World vibes. #MLB4E
